From Cacao to Cupid - A Valentine's Day Chocolate Experience In-Person

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a dive into the history of chocolate with Maite Gomez-Rejon from ArtBites. Trace cacao’s journey from its ancient Mesoamerican origins to its rise as a symbol of love and romance. Learn how cacao was cultivated, traded, sweetened, and transformed into the chocolate we know (and love) today. Participants will enjoy a hands-on chocolate bark activity, creating custom chocolate bark with a variety of toppings to mix, match, and take home.

Kids ages 8 and up can join with a participating adult. Space is limited to 25 participants. The class will last for 90 minutes. Registration will begin Monday, February 9th.
