Cookbook Club- Complete Cheese Pairing Cookbook In-Person
Join us for a cooking demonstration and discussion on this month's cookbook selection, "The Complete Cheese Pairing Cookbook" by Morgan McGlynn Carr. We are keeping the same book as June to further discuss cheese pairings and samplings.
Read the cookbook thinking about how it's organized, what techniques are used, and if there are quality photos. Test some recipes at home, then join us to discuss while your moderator makes a dish from the cookbook for everyone to sample.
